We are looking for a skilled and hard-working Handyman to assist our maintenance department in maintaining our facility as well as the grounds associated. We pride ourselves on sustaining excellent curb appeal as well as providing our tenants with safe, beautiful places to live and enjoy themselves.
Your job responsibilities will include:
Inspect all community spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns
Respond to management requests for maintenance services, repairing/replacing everyday used items as needed, installing new locks, average furniture assembly, improving the facility's efficiency
Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants' units as required
Ensure the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris
Maintain sprinkler system and trash receptacles on the premises
Handyman Skill Required:
Experience with plumbing and electrical systems
Advanced ability to use common hand and power tools
Ability to communicate well with property management and maintenance staff
Willingness to uphold company standards for safety
