Help us kick off Spring with our first Pop-up of the season! Come sweat, shop and sip mimosas after class! Green Bus Cafe Foodtruck begins serving their yummy goodies at 11AM! Lengthen and strengthen your muscles during this 50 minute full body workout! Work through dynamic full range movements , alongside targeted isometrics to really feel the shake and burn! Round out the total body experience with a mindful, deep stretch that will leave you feeling accomplished centered! This 50 minute class will be held outside with limited capacity! In accordance with social distancing requirements, all equipment & participants will be spaced at least six feet apart. Hand sanitizer will be provided. *Please bring your own Yoga Mat as well as plenty of water! *Please RSVP to claim your spot!
