Join Althea Center for Engaged Spirituality for our indoor Sanctuary Sunday Gathering! When: Sunday, April 18th, 10:30 - 11:30 am *Doors will open at 10:15 am We will have a special message, "Why Does It Matter?", with Rev. Mary Jo Honiotes. "The universe does not do pointless or extraneous things." If we choose to accept this truth, we become more of who we are every day. Spirit will use all our life experiences for our becoming. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea in our courtyard after our Sunday Gathering. Rev. Mary Jo Honiotes Rev. Mary Jo delights in her opportunity to be a life celebrant, helping individuals, groups, and families celebrate significant moments in their lives. She has been a mindfulness educator for over 30 years. She is an ordained minister with Centers for Spiritual Living. She uses her training in universal spiritual principles and the wisdom of nature to support others during times of change and transformation. As a plural-preneur in her Second Act, she also owns Champion Home Transitions, a Health Care Agency that facilitates independence for many of the hurting and lonely in our health care system. Stephen Fordham Stephen Fordham is a long-time favorite musician of Althea's musical family.
