Hello, I am buying a fixer upper house and I need someone to go take pictures of the interior & exterior. This house might be a mess, so make sure you are fine with walking through a dirty house that has lots of old stuff and needs repairs. *** You must have a phone that takes great pictures. And you MUST know how to upload them to google photos, or dropbox and share the link with me. *** Here are the instructions of what I need. #1: Go to the house. House is on a combination lockbox. (I'll give you the address and code once hired.) #2: Take LOTS AND LOTS of pictures. I NEED AT LEAST 50 PICTURES OR MORE. The more pictures the better. Take pics of of every angle of every room including the floor and ceiling. - At least 5 pictures of the kitchen - At least 3 pics of the bathroom - At least 3 pics of every other room in the house. - Take pics of the ceiling and floors of every room. - I need exterior pics of every side of the house - Take a picture standing in the street facing the house. #3: Take a video as you walkthrough the house. #4: You MUST know how to send them to me. The best way is to upload to Google Photos, or Dropbox and give me the link. Emailing & texting them doesn't usually work very well. I'll pay you $50, and I can pay via: cash app, Venmo, PayPal, or facebook messenger. (You will get paid AFTER the pics are taken. There are too many scammers asking for payment ahead of time.)
