Shack Shine Technician - $15 - $17 /hour Shack Shine Lead Technician - $18 - $20 /hour Shack Shine is a home service company, specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning and power washing services for a high-end clientele. Shack Shine is hiring for a Lead Technician and Technician role who will lead the production process while working on the tools alongside their partner. No experience? No problem! We care about who you are way more than your experience, and will happily train the right person! The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding results to his or her clients. JOB LOCATION: Austin, Texas (West Austin) TYPE: Full Time DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Completing window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing of high end residential homes with the latest equipment and technology Organizing and managing equipment, including an awesome new Mercedes Sprinter Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service Invoicing and payment completion Planning and managing the job site SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Friendly personality Experience in labor jobs and/or a strong work ethic Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools Driver's license and acceptable driving history Please apply with a resume and brief summary of why you would be a great fit for our team!
