We make our customers' properties look great, we keep their plants healthy and we build long-lasting relationships with our customers. We are looking for a hands-on, hard-working, honest, reliable person with install and maintenance experience to take responsibility and help this small company do great work. Driver 's license, valid SSN, good English speaking, reading, writing. No drugs, no alcohol, no trouble with police. $18 per hour, fee-based equivalent pay during trial period. NOTE: For your own health and that of your co-workers and our customers, you will be required to wear a mask and gloves all day. Additional requirements: • be punctual, • be fit and physically able to work well in all seasons, • be willing to follow instructions, • be able to work independently, • take good care of all equipment, • be a co-operative, respectful team-player. Work includes: • stick and trash pick-up, • mowing, • edging, • trimming hedges, including tall hedges using ladders, • blowing/raking/sweeping and picking up leaves, • hand-weeding, • pruning shrubs, • some minor tree trimming, • planting and transplanting, • digging and landscape modification, • laying stone and gravel, • irrigation repairs.
