Handyman for Old House Projects / On-Call

I'm trying to fix up my old but very cool house in the UT area. There are numerous projects big and small for a skilled and detailed handyman to help me with. These include plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, deck repair, screen porch repair, drywall, antique furniture repair, appliance repair, window replacement, hardwood floor refinishing, etc. etc. I don't expect one person to be an expert at everything but at least to have familiarity with old house restoration, help me analyze remodeling issues and assist me in selecting and managing a contractor when needed. I also own two commercial properties with plenty of projects. This would be part-time on a 1099 basis but hopefully long term for the right person. I look for intelligence and skill, someone pleasant to be around and absolute integrity and reliability. If this situation sounds appealing let’s meet and discuss.
