I need a handyman to do three things done at a rental property in south Phoenix. 1. Need AC condensate drain pipe installed on AC on roof. (PVC Pipe to direct condensation water off roof). 2. Need glass patio door replaced. (Only the sliding portion needs to be replaced) 3. Instal tipping guard on range/stove Message me if you have any questions or if you would like to give me an estimate. All materials can be purchased at nearby homedepot using the contractor line (You will pick up the material and they will call me to provide a cc to pay for it).
