Lead Maintenance Supervisor We are searching on behalf of our client in Fort Wayne, Indiana to find a Lead Maintenance Supervisor to maintain housing sites and grounds. This position involves coordination and repair to the interior and exterior of structures, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and plastering duties in response to work orders generated by service requests or unit inspections. Qualifications • High School diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction or vocational training focusing on carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. • Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license and be insurable under the company’s plan. • Experience operating a variety of hand-held tools & devices and ability to learn other programs as required. Job Functions • Monitors projects to ensure compliance with established laws, codes, ordinances, regulations, policies and procedures • Trains maintenance technician staff • Must have experience in carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical wiring, plumbing and HVAC • Conducts daily inspections of housing and grounds to identify needs • Utilizes work order system and ensures that materials, job codes, and labor hours are properly recorded • Repairs and maintains ground maintenance equipment and automotive and motorized equipment • Orders maintenance supplies; maintains inventory • Performs after-hours emergency service on a scheduled or rotating basis Physical Demands The employee must occasionally transport up to 50 pounds. *Excellent Benefits Package
