Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative MARTINNI BEAUTY is a leading manufacturer and distributor for innovative top-quality professional beauty products to Spa and Beauty Salons. We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative to help develop our growing Spa markets. The ideal candidate will be Bilingual in English and Spanish with a passion for beauty and wellness products. This position is located in our office in Richmond, CA, and needs a representative who is comfortable speaking over the phone and using Microsoft office. Requirements • High school diploma or GED • 6 months to 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience • Microsoft office • Strong communication and service/sales abilities The ideal candidate for this position is someone to enjoy engaging clients over the phone and transition that dialogue in sales, multitasker and have a pleasant phone demeanor and etiquette.
