Job, part time doing various maintenance work on small farm, house and yards. Will involve several skills that I need a helper with. Yes, it is a labor job, you will get dirty at times and we will do yards, carpentry tree trimming, weed abatement, equipment maintenance, clean tractors, weed wacking, digging, painting, lumber stacking, in short, many general activities. You must understand English, have your own transportation and follow directions. Work will be in Hayward and San Ramon. If you have a day job, we can work evenings, after you get off work and weekends. This could be a second job. Provided references and background. Pay is cash and depending on your skills and work efforts pay starts at $12.00 to $15.00 and hour. You will learn some handy trades working with me. Call Jim at 510-329-1860.
