seeking a master of the carbureted Ford 300 in line 6

i have a grumman stepvan that's sitting on a 1971 ford P350 chassis powered by tbe ford 300 4.9 straight 6 i recently rebuilt the head and. added a Offenhauser intake. and a small 4 bbl holly it's running way better. but still feels kinda. sluggish and is getting pretty shitty mpg i'm fairly. sure my issues are. around timing. and dialing in tbe holly to get it to perform like it should i'm sure it's a 15 -20 job for someone. with a good timing light who knows holly carb set up as well as they know how to get the most out of a ford 300 4.9 engine... i can bring it to you where ever u wanna look at it and pay ya for an hour of your time pretty much when ever you are available thanks
