Full Job Description Leo Claudio Cabinets is seeking a Shop Helper for our headquarters in San Bruno, Ca. The Shop Helper shall clean and maintain the Shop facilities in a neat, clean, and organized manner. The Shop Helper shall also assist other team members in the performance of their jobs. General shop hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Hourly pay is $15-$25 per hour depending on experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Run CNC and cut materials when needed. Training will be provided. Clean CNC machine when needed. Maintain CNC machine oil levels. Assist team mates at off site installations. Empty waste bins. Organize tools/materials. Keep track of inventory Maintain Shop men's room, and maintain inventory including: paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers. Collect all recycling. Patrol entire facility for trash and discard appropriately. Sweep all outside walkways and entire shop, dump trash and keep floors picked up. Maintain shop saw area clean and clear of debris. Wind up all hoses and electrical cords not being used. Perform shipping and receiving activities, make deliveries or pick-ups as needed. Use of personal vehicle may be required. Assist other shop personnel when needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Unload materials from delivery trucks. Use of forklift may be needed. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED Working knowledge of safety practices and procedures. Must be able to meet or exceed all deadlines established. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Minimum high school education. One to two years experience working with mechanical equipment, hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude required. California driver's license required, with clean record. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on skill and experience. Schedule: 8 hour shift; Day shift; Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: One location, however off site installations may be required.
