As a General Building Contractor specializing in property restoration from fire, water, mold and structural defect damage, our goal is to find effective restoration solutions and bring our clients back to normal. JOB DUTIES: - Perform water extraction - Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor daily - Perform hard surface cleaning - Moving furniture and boxes - Light demo and disposal of drywall, carpet, subflooring with the use of power and hand tools - Setting up jobsite containment Requirements: - 1-2 years of property restoration experience is a plus - Capable of bending, kneeling, and moving equipment weighing 70+ lbs - Must be capable of working in confined spaces such as attics & crawlspaces - Strong organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills - Open to training and career growth - Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather (Additional service call pay for responding) - Must own and be very familiar with a smartphone and know how to use email - Own basic tools is a plus JOB DETAILS: - Rate: $18- $24 DOE - Pay is twice a month - Typical work week is M-F from 8am-4:30pm - This is a long term position - Overtime available References & background checks will be required.
