We manufacture and install high end outdoor kitchens, fire pits, fire tables, bbq islands, fire places and pergolas. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday 6:30am-5:00pm. 3 day weekends. Seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with warehouse and managerial experience or qualification to sort, manage, and organize shipments among other duties. Duties include but not limited to: - Manage Incoming Shipments - Organize shipments by customer - Communicate first hand with head installers and project manager - Process pallets 1-2 weeks before they go out and alert project manager if there is anything missing from orders. - Delegate order of jobs to be built to in-shop team - Purchase equipment and supplies needed for shop - Pick up orders from multiple vendors - Take photos of projects daily and inform project manager of progress - Inform project manager which jobs are beginning and which jobs are ready to go out - Shop upkeep - Painting - Hanging drywall on metal frames Experience Required: - Welding experience not required but encouraged - Valid Driver's License - Valid Social Security - Extremely organized - Ability to communicate effectively with project manager who works remotely - Team player
