Need experienced house cleaners for 2 residential houses in Atlanta used for short-term rentals (VRBO, Airbnb). First house is a 2-story dwelling with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in the safe, quiet residential area of Peyton Forest. Second house is a single level ranch, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in a quiet, safe residential area of Venetian Hills. Services are needed for both houses every week. In most cases we know several weeks in advance which days cleaning is needed so you can plan accordingly. For example, both properties are booked through May. The days vary depending on length of stay of the renters but Sundays and Mondays are busiest days for cleaning. Tuesdays and Thursdays can also be busy. The houses must be cleaned when needed. You must do consistently excellent cleaning, be very dependable and have your own transportation and cleaning supplies. We pay weekly based on a flat, predetermined rate per house. For example, we pay $150-$175 per cleaning for the entire, large house, $100-$125 for the upper portion only, and $100-$125 for the smaller house. You are paid as an independent contractor. Both houses have washer and dryer for washing towels and bed coverings (we provide laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets). We need the same person(s) on a regular basis to become very familiar with the properties. Present house cleaners have been with us over a year and are moving to another state.
