Park Meadows Homes Association is looking for a maintenance staff member to assist our crew with the grounds-keeping at our condominium complex. Experience preferred but will train the right person. This position will work 30-40 hours a week but could require some on-call and over-time hours for snow-removal during the winter months. Starting pay is $12.00-$18.00 an hour (B.O.E). Spring & Summer duties include: lawn mowing, grass and bush trimming, painting, and general building maintenance. Fall & Winter duties include: raking leaves, hand-shoveling snow, snow-blowing, and salting all walkways. Valid Driver's License required- EOE.
