Seeking Environmental activists, Park preservationists, in our effort to Save Jackson Park. We call for relocating this Obama center out, of this Natural Park, designed by Olmsted, on the National Register. This is a designated important bird habitat, plans call for a building 235 feet in height, four others. Further road widening plans include Stony Island Ave, Hayes Drive, even Lake Shore Drive; the result will be the loss of over 1,000 of the Park's trees. This is a public Park, belonging to All citizens' of Chicago. These plans are contradictory to what Obama did, while in office - expanding our Parks, strengthening environmental regulations. These plans do not take the environment into account. We seek Park advocates and preservationists, those who value the remnant nature in the City.
