Found Injured Young Female Cat

Super sweet cat (with most purrrfect purr) just found with injured leg. May be pregnant as well. She may have home already, so by chance... Found on the Corner of Laflin and 82nd St. Otherwise I figure she's unlikey chipped and homeless, and hoping by chance to find someone who will take her to vet care (we have no car)/be possible rehome, instead of just sending to AC&C.
