Scam pretending Apple Support - Beware

Description

My Mac got a pop-up showing a Spyware alert. Asked to call Apple Support. Someone with heavy South Asian accent said to get a prepaid card and pay them to fix the problem of malware infecting my devices. He also said to call in case we got disconnected. I disconnected and called real Apple Support which advised me to simply power down and reload to get rid of pop-up. I then run malwarebyte free to see if any of my files got infected and fortunately none of my files got infected.
