We are a local property management company--and we're very busy! We are looking for an HVAC certified contractor/handyman to add to our team. Our hours are 9am-5pm M-F and Sat from 9am-12pm, but we need you to have a flexible schedule because sometimes (not often) a project may run-over the expected time frame. Full-time position available. You MUST be: - Drug Free. We WILL perform a drug screening. - Prompt. Reliability is very important in our industry. Please show up on time and communicate if/when unavailable. - Must have your own transportation. We prefer someone who can provide their own tools. Starting pay $20.00/hr
