Looking for 1 unskilled laborer, 1 skilled carpenter, 2 experienced painters, and 1 working supervisor for long term projects in the Jackson area and surrounding. Carpenters and laborer will be replacing kitchen and bath faucets, p-traps, appliances, light fixtures, wall plates, outlets, installing backsplash in kitchens, door knobs, thermostat, ceiling fans, blinds and valences, towel and tp holders in bath rooms, removing previous appliances and all items just listed to onsite dumpsters. Please list any experience with bath or counter resurfacing. Painters will be applying 5, 20 or 45 minute mud to all wall imperfections and sanding prior to 1st coat. Ceilings and trim/doors will be sprayed. Walls will only be rolled and cut with brushes(no spraying). Apply 2nd coat of mud between coats. Please list any experience with bath or counter resurfacing. Working supervisor needs to have experience with all the above and have a work truck or van. Job will be to ensure constant progress of daily schedule as well as deadline completion. Quality control is our highest priority and punch lists will be expected and completed prior to management walk throughs. Owning a trailer is highly beneficial. All individuals need to have their own tools, with the exception of the laborer. If you don't have tools for your trade, then you aren't skilled, you are a helper. Pay is weekly and this is a 1099 position. The current projects are multi-year. Our company promotes from within. We are very strict with quality, but we provide long term employment because of it.
