landscape maintenance with great small company

We are a landscape maintenance company located in kirkland but we do work in seattle bellevue and kirkland. We are a small company but we have been in business for 35 years. This is the type of crew where everyone is equal. I am the owner and I work with the crew. I do not lay off for the winter and we have work year round. We are starting people at 22 dollars an hour and have raises and benefits with time on the crew. We are flexible with school schedules. I try very hard to make my crew my family. You do not need experience in the landscape industry but you must have an interest in the industry. We do fairly high end landscapes and maintenance. This is a great job and most of my employees work here for years. I try to make sure that everyone is part of the business. You have to have your own transportation to get to and from work. Because we are at different sites each day I am sorry but the bus and bikes do not work well for this industry. We do not ask that you use your car for work at all. You just have to be able to get to work. You do not have to have a resume but if you email me please tell me something about your school or previous jobs. We are just looking for honest people that want to work in landscape maintenance. Several of my employees have gone on to create their own businesses in the industry and I try to encourage everyone to learn and grow in the industry.
