Express in Everett has paired with a moving company is looking to add a Mover to their team. This company is looking for someone who enjoys helping people move. Responsibilities will include assisting customers by moving their belongings into a truck or a storage container, lifting up to 75 pounds on a continuous basis, and more. This is a long-term, evaluation to hire position with a company that offers many great benefits. Mover Location: Lynnwood, WA Pay: Earn $15.00 per hour to start. The pay increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance Schedule: Monday-Friday: 7:45am-4:00pm. Overtime may be required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Assist with the residence and facility protection -Carry or dolly items to and from vehicles and containers -Assist with loading and unloading items in vehicles and containers -Assemble cartons and stage packing materials -Pack items into cartons -Unpack items from cartons and place items as directed -Assist with disassembly and assembly of furniture and fixtures as directed -Assist the Crew Leader with other tasks as requested -Interact with customers and fellow staff in a friendly manner -Pack, wrap or otherwise protect furniture, fixtures, and equipment to prevent damage, according to established standards -Load truck, distributing weight evenly, forming compact load, and utilizing space efficiently -Safely stack and unstack items in the vehicle or container, and safely place the items in the clients residence or facility at the direction of the customer How to be successful: -Lift 50 pounds consistently -Be reliable and punctual -Have a proven, excellent attendance record -Excellent customer service skills -Ability to communicate effectively in English, and take direction well -Attention to detail Perks, Benefits, and more: -90% of base medical paid -401(k) retirement program with matching -Monthly and year-end bonus programs -Paid holidays and sick leave -Paid vacation -Career advancement and path towards becoming an owner/operator -On the job paid CDL training -Great co-workers -Responsibility and independence -Yearly Bonus they paid out over $260,000 in crew bonuses over the last 5 years -Career path development Interested?
