PM Freezer Stocker $19.75/hr base + weekly incentives + full benefit package Shift Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 4:00PM - Done (12 -1:00AM this is a full time position with some overtime depending on business conditions). Schedule is posted weekly and may be changed as necessary to meet business demands.. General Summary: The main purpose of the PM Freezer Stocker is to utilize a stand up reach forklift and scanner to replenish the pick slots and maintain overstock in the freezer. This is to be done safely and accurately while meeting or exceeding the productivity standard. Essential Job Functions Stocking pick slots Accurate use of scanner Proper rotation of product Maintain pick slot and overstock neatness Safe and efficient operation of forklift to pull product from racking and maintain a safe working environment while working in congested areas. Maintain clean and neat work area Other duties as assigned by manager Required Skills and Abilities Experience with Stand-up Reach Forklift Required Previous experience working in cold environment preferred. Skilled in oral expression, communication and comprehension Skilled in basic arithmetic Manual Dexterity - The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. Trunk Strength - The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing. Must be able to read English, recognize numbers, and select the appropriate product to fill orders Ability to work well with other employees to foster a respectful and professional work environment Education and Experience Experience with Stand-up Reach Forklift Required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Three or more months related experience in a freezer or cold environment preferred Working Conditions Extreme cold environment conditions (range of -30F to 10F). Appropriate freezer protection is provided. Moderate noise level in the freezer
