Our ideal Auto Body Shop Painter candidate will have: - 5 years experience minimum managing a collision paint shop (including managing prep staff, and production planning) - The ability to perform excellent quality repairs, following paint - and vehicle manufacturer standards - Knowledge of color adjustment, and the ability to produce excellent color matches - BASF Certification - I-CAR or ASE training - A solution-oriented personality - An excellent work ethic, and is a team-player - Excellent references We offer our Automotive Paint Technician: - Flat Rate pay plan - Bonus opportunities - Medical, Dental & Vision - PTO - Holiday pay - Retirement plan with company matching investment - A Non-DRP shop, which means you will work with complete & comprehensive repair orders - A modern, well equipped facility Haury’s Value Proposition: - Pride in quality of work completed - BASF Glasurit 90-line Refinishing system - Spectrophotometer (color camera) - Heated semi-downdraft prep / spray stations -Downdraft spray/bake booth - Continued investment in equipment, technology to maximize efficiency inc.
