Premium Landscape Services is hiring for a landscape maintenance crew labor position. We are a small landscape and landscape maintenance company that is looking for employees that have a proven record of showing up daily as expected and performing their job to the very best of their ability. We are a Drug free workplace and provide a very high level of service to our clients. We are looking for people who learn quickly and are looking to grow with the company. We always try to keep a positive teaching environment for our employees. Paid Holidays Included. We work year round. This job is for someone who likes physical work. Knowledge of lawn equipment operation, garden bed maintenance, plants and proper pruning, knowing the difference between a plant and a weed, all a plus. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. We are looking for an individual who would be interested in doing this job long term, can work in all kinds of weather and can be trained to take on more of the daily operations of the company in the future. The ability to do quality work on a consistent basis as well as an eye for detail is expected. Must be reliable. Must have valid WA state drivers license, reliable transportation, be a US citizen or legal immigrant. Experience can be a deciding factor but a strong work ethic and the ability to quickly learn our ways of doing things is more important. Must be able to lift, bend down, reach, walk at a brisk pace, work quickly, learn fast, work alone sometimes, be self motivated, work in rainy weather and still be great with our customers.
