LANDSCAPE AND FARM LABOR NEEDED!

We have a few acres including a small farm in Hansville area. I need someone that is fit and has a desire to learn new skills including soft and hard landscaping and irrigation on our property. I have decades of landscaping and horticulture experience including owning my own landscape and irrigation company. I now want to do on our property what I've done on so many others, but even better. I just don't have the physical ability nor desire to do the hard physical labor anymore. If you are eager to learn new skills while getting paid for it then let's talk. I can't give you a specific schedule, but we can work out week to week what days I need you and what days you are available. Once we get things moving, there will be weeks I will need you for 2 or 3 days possibly in a row. I will be flexible to accommodate you and hope you will do the same. I will start you out at $15/hr. If you bring construction, landscaping, or any other true trade skills with you I have no problem increasing your pay accordingly as you prove yourself. This is very important: Please tell me your background and send at least 1 picture (hopefully 2 or more) so I can put a face to the words. I do run a simple background check since this is our home. If you have a record, that doesn't disqualify you. If you are honest and upfront at first, that would lessen the impact of finding out later. I am fair, but I also have the responsibility to keep our home and work environment safe. I have a tremendous amount of marketable skills I can teach you if you work hard, listen, and are honest.
