Kitsap Clean, an eco-friendly residential house cleaning company serving all of North Kitsap county, is looking for reliable, friendly staff interested in a long term position with our growing company. Starting salary is $15/hour plus tips, and includes many benefits including paid sick leave, vacation days, paid travel time between jobs and a generous mileage reimbursement program. Employees will also have all federal holidays off, and there are also advancement opportunities in the company, for the right individual. We currently service all of Kitsap County, but most regularly you will be servicing Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, and Kingston area. You will need to be prepared to drive to Bainbridge Island as required, so please do not apply if this commute will be difficult for you to do on a daily basis. Experience with professional house cleaning is welcome, although not required. All employees will receive paid on the job training. We are looking for people who are available to work between the hours of 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, between 25-30 hours a week (some days you may end as early as 1 pm, others may go as late as 4:30 pm). We are also looking for a person open to working weekends between 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with the option of working more hours during the week if you are interested in that as well (for example, you could either work just Saturday and Sunday, or you could choose to work Saturday through Wednesday, if you want to work more hours). We require all our employees to be reliable and punctual (very important!), honest, detailed oriented, and be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with our clients in a friendly and professional manner. Applicants will also need the following: a valid driver's license, social security card, a reliable car and driver's insurance, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
