HARD WORKERS ONLY
Small, very fast paced powder coating batch oven production shop, looking for new recruits. This is not a line coating shop.
Powder coating floor you could be parts racker or &/or Sandblasting The following skills and/or assets you will need:
Reliable transportation is a must.
Daily attendance and on being time are a must.
Attention to detail & good vision.
Prepping and racking parts
Loading and unloading customer parts
Ability to use all sorts of air driven power tools & electric hand tools also; be fast with your hands when not using tools. Use a tape measure & record information as needed.
Understand basic weight & movement.
Stand for 8 hours or more in one shift.
Lift and carry 50-60 pounds for very short distances.
Understand & follow directions daily.
Forklift experience helpful, not required.
Pass a WSP background check & drug test.
$17.00 would be a minimum to start.
Hours can vary from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, depending on workload there may be a lot evening & weekend overtime as the season progresses.
