Preservation Partners Management Group is looking for a Groundskeeper to join the team at our 202 apartment community located in Everett. This is position is Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm daily. Position: The Groundskeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and will oversee all aspects of cleaning the grounds, trash pickup, cleaning the common areas, cleaning the laundry rooms, and other duties as assigned. • Striping the parking lot as needed with provided equipment • Perform routine lighting checks and replacing light bulbs as needed • Assist with installing beauty bark, and preforming minimal weeding as needed • Understand and complies with Fair Housing Laws and standards (training is provided) • Attention to detail and a self-starter • Effective communicator and problem solving skills • On Call and Overtime required as needed Qualifications (representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required): • Availability – 5 day work week Travel to sister sites may be required at times occasionally for support. • Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Must have a valid driver's license Compensation: • Competitive wage, depending on experience. $16.50/hr • Benefits to the employee available after short waiting period includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
