Welcome to our company where we treat the people that work here with respect and gratitude. This is a great position for a motivated individual to grow in the construction industry. You will be working on residential job sites where we drill concrete and install bolts to make sure the house is safe for earthquakes. Demo, cutting, sawing, using a variety of power tools, framing, drywall, and painting and more are all things you may need to do. We are looking for a dependable, hard working, and decent human to help us grow the company. You will be trained to install hardware. After you are proficient, you will lead the job site and train a helper. As the company grows, we will look to promote you to supervise other jobs and crews (production manager). You will start at $20/hr with a raise to $22.50/hr after 6 weeks. After 9 months, you will be eligible for a raise to $25/hr. To be considered, you must have references from your past 3 jobs.
