Lost black double fold Tanner Goods wallet biking somewhere between central downtown Portland and the Richmond neighborhood (I took the Hawthorne bridge to the Clinton bike path home). The name on the cards inside the wallet is Russell Brown, but the residence listed on my ID is out of date
