Family looking for home, May-June Move in

Hello, we are looking to move by the end of June. I work from home, my fiance has a full time dental job in anacortes. We have an amazing letter of recommendation from our current landlords. We have been here for 4yrs, they have been absolutly amazing to us. We are looking preferably for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. We have our son that is almost 2yrs old. My older children are 8 and 9. They are with us wed-sunday. Amazing talented young men. We are a very clean family. You are more than welcome to call our current landlords as well. And see our current house if needed. We would love a house with some land on it for the kids to play. Our budget is 1600-2000. Anywhere in skagit County, possibly oak harbor. We are trying make this an easy transition.
