Small dog found

20th near V ST, Merced CA

Description

Chihuahua (mix maybe?), distinctive black end part of tail. Some old scars on ears, super sweet, nails look like they've been clipped before. Found near V & 20th, currently holding, please contact me if you believe this is your dog. Priority is to reunite!
