I NEED HELP ASAP FINDING A FOSTER FOR MY DOG. HE IS MY BEST FRIEND!! I just went through a 24 hour eviction and had no time to prepare or situate a temporary living situation for him. He is 65% american staffordshire pitbull 25% Chihuahua and 5% mixed breed. Don't ask me how I have no idea lol. I would approximate about 55 pounds because I pick him up with only a slight amount of difficulty, and I'm 98 pounds. He is fully vaccinated and gets along great with other dogs as well as children. However he is skittish when it comes to new people and may be scared at first. I like to joke and tell him he has trust issues lol. He has never shown any aggressive behavior outside of the scared barking that some dogs do as they back away. He is very receptive to his training collar and understands that the beeping/vibrating means to stop whatever he's doing or to come here. It has a shock option but I don't use it. I would if he was showing aggressive behavior but as I said previously he's a sweet scaredy dog. I would be more than willing to pay for his expenses and would love to come visit him however I understand if the pandemic would stop me from doing so. I AM NOT LOOKING TO PERMANENTLY REHOME HIM. I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF A FOSTER AND WILL DEFINITELY WANT MY BEST BUDDY BACK! He is currently being boarded until the 14th as that is as long as I can afford to house him there. So I'm looking for someone asap. He is kennel trained and well behaved outside of being hesitant with new people. His name is Rambo.
