Company: Centurion Health Position: Patient Care Tech (alternate title: Patient Facilitator) Locations: Option to work at either SCI Frackville (Frackville, PA), SCI Mahanoy (Frackville, PA), or SCI Dallas (Dallas, PA) Status: As needed/per diem (PRN) Shift/Schedule: Option to work 1-3 days a week; available shifts are usually Monday - Friday from 8a-4:30p Description: Assist with the flow of patients in and out of the TeleHealth clinic inside of the prison, and remain present during the clinic session. Other responsibilities will include educating the patient on the nature and process of TeleHealth, navigating and reviewing patient information using the Electronic Medical Records system, and maintaining and assisting the provider in using the TeleHealth equipment. This position will work inside of the prison(s). All necessary training will be provided.
