Mindful Monday Yoga w/ Fitness Ambassadors and Lifeway FoodsYou're invited to a socially-distanced yoga date on the Pegasus Lawn at the Omni Dallas. Get ready to mindfully move your body in the heart of Downtown. Your ticket includes yoga flow + meditation, one cocktail/mocktail, and swag from our amazing partners. BYO mat and join us for any of the following Mindful Monday events below: What workouts to expect: Monday, March 15 @7PM Power VinyasaMonday, March 29 @ 7PM Yoga SculptMonday, April 12 @7PM Power VinyasaMonday, April 26 @7PM Slow FlowAbout the event: Our sweat series includes a 45 min. movement portion, opportunities to grab swag and goodies from our favorite partners, and a safe space to enjoy and socialize. After class, you're invited to head to the Owner's Box restaurant and enjoy your choice of one (1) margarita or non-alcoholic mocktail (made with Seedlip) included with your ticket. Indoor and patio seating available. Check in begins at 6:30PM with class to start promptly at 7PM. After class, you are welcome to mingle from your mat, and listen to music. Parking will be $5 by using a promo code before entry (provided in confirmation e-mail). Garages are available behind the Omni hotel; Meter parking and surface lots are also available. Due to COVID-19, the restaurant parking garage is closed. Safety Precautions The Omni Dallas and Fitness Ambassadors are committed to your health and safety. We will be taking the following measures to ensure a safe event: Guests ares spaced out 10ft apart from other guests.Space on the lawn will be clearly marked to ensure that each person can maintain a minimum of 6+ feet of distanceMasks will be required upon check-in and can only be removed once you are at your spotEveryone is required to bring their own mats, water, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, etc. Contactless check-in via the Eventbrite appLimited event capacity Get social: @fitnessambassadorsHQ @lifewaykefir @omnidallas #FitnessAmbassadors Refund Policy: No refunds except for extenuating circumstances. In case of inclement weather, your ticket will be transferred to an available future event date. If there is a city-mandated shut down, your ticket will be refunded. Regarding COVID-19: For the safety of attendees, fitness ambassadors and employees of the Omni Dallas Hotel, masks will be required upon arrival and should never be taken off until the workout begins. Once the workout is completed, masks must be worn until departure. Social distancing and contactless check-in will be practiced. Hand sanitizer will be available for use. If you are not feeling well the day of the event, please do not attend in person and we will gladly give you credit for another event in the future. Attendees that refuse to wear masks will be ask to leave the event and property without a refund. Please note that any interaction with the public poses elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at our event.
