A Warehouse Associate will possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. You will be responsible for specialized warehouse tasks in returns, quality inspection, refurbishment, order processing, forklift, or may have a generalized role working in all departments. What You’ll Do: Complete tasks such as returns processing, quality control, refurbishing product, put-away, picking, loading and unloading Returns - Receive returns boxes, organize items into right bins for refurbishment, process expedited items, organize dry cleaning bins in order of priority Quality Control - Inspect garments for any defects, perform systemic functions to dispose of damaged garments into the right location, put-away garments in right location in the warehouse Refurbishment - Cleaning shoes and accessories, put away items in their designated location Order Processing - Picking, sorting and packing orders Forklift - Put-away and retrieve items from storage racks Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in the correct location, etc.). Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourage other associates to do the same Notifies the lead or manager about the shortage of any supplies required to conduct the work Follows the standard operating procedures and notifies lead or manager in case of any challenges performing the function as prescribed in SOP Maintains work pace at an assigned throughput rate while maintaining highest level of quality Notifies lead or manager immediately about any quality defect Performs other duties as assigned. Who You Are: Attention to detail and quality-driven Must of punctual to shift timings Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 120 minutes Ability to walk for periods of time up to and exceeding 120 minutes HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. 0-2 years of experience in the area of responsibility RF unit or tablet experience is a plus Forklift experience is a plus Benefits and Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hour Health insurance Dental Vision 401K This job is a seasonal position, starting off as a 3 month role, with the potential to extend to full-time employment.
