Looking for someone to help prepare my home for move in. Tenant recently moved out, now prep work is needed to relist. I have a number of things needed to be done (on a budget) this weekend and maybe next. If you are do quality work in painting and carpentry, please feel free to give a rough hourly quote.
Home has to be completely repainted (ceilings, doors, door and window trim). Currently vacant and floors will be removed. 1200sf, 3 bed/2 bath, single story.
Also need someone with carpentry skills to close in and drywall bedroom door, replace damaged window trim in various rooms, replace exterior door, and remove and replace kitchen cabinets.
Handyman type work for other items. Light/ceiling fan replacement, and maybe help removing laminate flooring.
