60 minute GOATA outdoor workout. Get ready to sweat, shake, touch your butt, and air five your neighbors from a distance. This GOATA outdoor workout might look like your traditional bootcamp (we'll have ladders, cones, stations, various other equipment) but the recode is real and we can guarantee your body will feel different with the focus on inside ankle bone high (IABH) and back chain dominance (BCD). GOATA (greatest of all time actions/greatest of all time athletes) is the optimal movement pattern observed not only in the greatest of the great, but also in babies, the indigenous, and pretty much every other living thing in the animal kingdom. Put simply: the way we move forward (push a sled, run, walk) is different than the way we pick something up. And we can optimize that engine. This special class will be a 60 minute full body workout. We'll take 15 minutes at the end to answer questions and share our personal experience with GOATA. No GOATA experience is required, but you are welcome to jump on a recode with either one of us before joining. This will be an introduction session before we launch our 4 week series this summer.
