Hiring a remodel guy to make ready an apartment for renting. Need to fix dings and misc. repairs, patch and re-paint walls, clean carpet, replace blinds, replace mirror glass on glass doors, deep clean and whatever needs doing to tighten it up and make it ready to rent.
