Join Our Team by Becoming A Delivery Associate/Driver with Hero Logistics Hero Logistics is hiring Delivery Associates (DA) for our residential and commercial delivery contract as an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in the Denver Metro Area to ensure all orders we receive are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Start your day at the Amazon warehouse near I-70 & Tower Road. This position is THE MOST IMPORTANT position in our company...and we treat you that way! As a Hero team member, you will be assigned to an Amazon van, outfitted with Amazon-branded uniforms, and have access to the most cutting-edge technology in the logistics business. As a DA, you will have to move from the van to the delivery location while adhering to all safety and delivery protocols. This position will be required to deliver up to 250+ packages per day; This includes being on your feet up to 10 hours while walking 3-4 miles per shift and climbing in and out of a van 100+ times a day. Responsibilities: Attend the daily morning stand up safety and instructional meeting Perform a pre-trip vehicle inspection Safely deliver up to 250+ packages on your route following all customer provided delivery instructions Return van to the station after refueling it using the company provided fuel card Prepare van for next day use by removing trash & debris and cleaning it as needed Return company provided equipment; debrief with dispatcher or supervisor Perform post-trip inspection noting any required maintenance items Mandatory Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record Must have valid ID to prove eligibility to work in the United States The position requires the ability to lift and carry 50lbs without assistance during an 8-10-hour work shift Must be able to pass a background check & drug test (marijuana use NOT allowed) Previous driving experience and/or customer service experience is a PLUS Looking for people who can commit to working Saturdays Hero Logistics is an equal opportunity employer.
