In need of help w/someone who has a ladder or bucket truck

So I have an expensive peice of film equipmemt (drone) that my property company has ignored my requests for 3 weeks now for help! So I am hoping someone has a ladder that is tall enough to reach the roof of a 4 story apartment building or a cable/bucket truck to help with! Please I need anyones help who has one of the items that I need to get my DRONE BACK! Unfortunatly I can not pay you & I prefer if who ever can help just brings the ladder or truck by and I get it down myself and we both part our separate ways.
