betta fish rehoming with/without tank

Hello my roommate left a fish that I've been taking care of but I need to rehome it because I can't care for it anymore. It's an elephant ear male betta and right now he is in a 5 gallon tank with a filter and a heater. The tank has a silk plant in it, some gravel, and a little bridge and a house. There is also fish food, some API quick start and tap water conditioner, aquarium salt, extra filters, a small net, and a small cleaning magnet. I'm selling all of it for $50 and just the fish for $5. Please contact me if interested I want him to go to a better home :( I can deliver within reasonable distance or you can come pick him up, just let me know!
