Want to hire Carpenter to Repair Porch

I am looking for someone to repair or replace the center section of our front porch. This is a rental property and we would like to get estimates to replace what needs replacing on the porch. We would like center area redone and perhaps a rubber roof and metal railing put on the jump porch of area. You could just do the carpentry and we could have roofing company do rubber roof if wanted. Water leaked and rotted out some areas in the center so I imagine that would have to be rebuilt. Feel free to go look at the property and call with your ideas and price. Deb
