Self Defense Workshop This self defense workshop is open to the public, all genders, 13 years old and above. This workshop will cover predator mindset, survivor mindset, situational awareness, de-escalation, legalities of self-defense, and physical techniques. It will be taught by a krav maga black belt with over 12 years martial arts and training experience. Most of the proceeds will benefit the American Women's Self Defense Association where it will be used to extend their program. Donation is also accepted, if not attending.
