Client Experience Associates will work as part of our Client Experience Team to meet our company objective to provide superior laundry solutions to every customer, every time. This position provides support to our customer base and interacts with all other areas of our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a part-time position. 30 hours per week with flexible daytime hoursAnswering phones - assist clients with laundry inquiries on our equipment use and payment systemsAssists with new account literature generationCopying, filing, data entry and site coding cards Skills:
Process and detail orientated with strong focus on client serviceStrong MS Office Suite experience, primarily Word and Excel.Experience and Qualifications:
Professional, positive manner, team playerAttention to detail and organized in a fast-paced environmentCalm and professional conflict resolutionAbility to multi-task
