This particular project will be a night shift Sunday through Thursday with weekends off. Each project runs approximately 15 work days; Week One: M-F, Week Two: M-F, and Week Three: Sun-Thurs. We are building teams to work together throughout the project and then move to another project location. Travel is required for this opportunity. In addition to an aggressive compensation plan, we provide hotel accommodations and per diem. Because of company growth, we seek qualified candidates to work as a Retail Construction Crew Member for local or regional projects. Previous shelving experience is highly desired but not required. Those with a strong work ethic, who have proven themselves on the job site, will be considered for on-going projects. Depending on job responsibilities, various roles at Rated A1 provide the opportunity to travel. Compensation is project-specific based on the skill level, position in the company, project length and location. On-going Locations: AL, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, KY, NC, NH, NJ, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA Report Time: Varies by Project Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Unload, assemble, and install shelves in major retail stores Able to use basic hand tools Merchandise according to planogram Prior construction experience is preferred Retail experience helpful Experience using hand and power tools Must own reliable transportation Must work effectively on a team Perform general labor as assigned Take direction from supervisor Rated A1's crew members must be dependable, trustworthy, and flexible with hours and possible travel since projects vary.
