Press release from the Town of Lexington: April 9, 2021 Shire Human Genetic Therapies Inc. (Shire), located on Shire Way and Spring Street in Lexington, has submitted an application with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) relative to the processing of emissions at their facilities. Shire seeks to expand their manufacturing/laboratory activities and establish new emission limits for an existing facility in town.
